one of the kids' chores is to set the table...and we're working on incorporating clearing the table into that routine...
so this morning, it was porter's job to clear all of the ingredients for breakfast burritos off the counter...
and then he whined that he didn't know where things went...
jason "so...if you were a jalapeno, where would you live in the fridge?!"
porter stares. and then points to a shelf...
jason "you'd live with your cousins the relish and the pickles?"
porter "yes"
jason "then you'd be right!"
made me laugh. and jason said it felt like a sesame street morning.
